Bills poised to extend Toronto series

Lease negotiations keyed to improvements to Ralph Wilson Stadium are yet to start, but there are signs the team intends on staying put in WNY. The Associated Press is reporting an extension of the Toronto series could be approved by the NFL by the end of this month.
