iPost hosting panel on investigative reporting

The economic decline of mainstream news outlets has lead to major cost cutting at newspapers and television stations, limiting their capacity to produce investigative reporting that is vital to our democracy. Yet advances in technology and research provide reporters more tools than ever to produce and distribute their work. Investigative Post is going to be a work in progress for the foreseeable future. This a primer on our website and how else you can follow our work. investigativepost.org will be updated daily during the work week with at least a couple of new items every morning. Our most substantial, in-depth content will be investigations, analyses and follow-up stories, which will be featured at the top of our home page.
